I highly recommend journaling. I always give journals, encouraging young people to write. I’ve journaled since I was in Fourth grade, 1971. Sporadically, at times, until I made the commitment to write every day in 2000. A writer I followed suggested that, if you want to be published. Great suggestions! Journal, everyone!
